Meet The Team

Hi, I'm Sam. I'm currently in my third year of an Integrated Masters degree in Mathematics at UCL. I grew up in Cambridge and achieved four A*'s in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Computer Science at Hills Road Sixth Form College. I have been tutoring for five years now, including a one year teaching position in which I supported and tutored students with learning difficulties. Over these five years, I've loved discovering the individuality of teaching, exploring the unique ways students learn and how best to support their journey.

I am looking forward to the new challenges of training up tutors and hope to imbue them with the same passion for teaching.

Hi, I’m Lara and I’m a third year Mathematics student on a four year Integrated Masters at UCL.  I am originally from Oxford and studied Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry at A Level achieving three A*’s and an A. I have been tutoring for five years and my favourite part about being a tutor is seeing students grow in their love for learning and to be able to make a positive difference in their lives. Living in London for the last few years and attending UCL has presented me with a multitude of new experiences and opportunities relating to Mathematics and I’m looking forward to inputting that experience into my tutoring and inspiring students into excelling in STEM related fields. I hope to create a team of tutors who are passionate about what they do and help students achieve their full potential.

Hello, I'm Jack, a third year student at UCL studying Mathematics with Economics. I attended Exeter Mathematics School where I achieved three A*s in Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics in 2022. I have four years of tutoring experience and I am very up to date with the GCSE and A-Level syllabus and exams. I'm passionate about helping students not only achieve their academic goals in maths and physics, but also discover a genuine interest in these subjects. My aim is to inspire them to consider further study in these fields and explore the exciting opportunities that such a path can offer.
